How MDP Started
MDP was born from passion, precision, and a dream that started in the streets of the Bronx, NY.
Our founder, Albert Marty, grew up where real car culture lived — the kind where you'd see clean, well-built Hondas cruising by and think, "One day, I'll build something like that." That dream stuck with him from boyhood, and it never left.
He made a name for himself early on in the scene, running his own shop in the Bronx — Autosports Inc, then Stage 2 Autosports. But life took him on a new path, one that brought him to Florida.

Leaving a Mark
By the time Albert arrived in Florida, he had already made his mark on the industry — most notably with his iconic EK, one of the first Kraftwerks-supercharged EKs ever built. That car wasn't just known for its bold color. It was a statement.
While working on countless builds, he noticed something no one else was addressing: a small but critical issue with clutch pedal over-travel. Nobody offered a solution, so he designed one himself.
What started as a fix for a real problem became a trusted go-to for enthusiasts across the scene. That original design set the tone for everything MDP would stand for — quality, innovation, and authenticity.
