At MDP Florida, we work hard to get your parts to you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect when you place an order.
Processing & Ship Days
We ship Monday through Saturday for most items. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please ensure you select the correct year, make, and model for your vehicle during checkout to avoid delays.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. If you are located within the United States, you can expect delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We pride ourselves on keeping open communication with our customers and will keep you informed if any issues arise with your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
MDP Florida is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. We strongly encourage customers to purchase shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. If you experience a delivery issue, please file a claim directly with USPS.
