At MDP Florida, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

All online purchases are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at mdp.support@werksjdmstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In original condition with no signs of damage, wear, or modification
• In original packaging

Items that show any signs of installation, damage, or use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the 30% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or made-to-order parts
• QC blemish and final sale items
• Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
• Items returned after the 7-day return window

Shipping Insurance

MDP Florida is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. We strongly encourage customers to purchase shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. If you experience a shipping issue, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
