We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will display colors accurately. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are subject to change without notice. CNC-machined parts may have minor cosmetic variations that are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative. Sale items and QC blemish products are sold as-is and may have limited availability.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All orders are subject to verification and fraud screening.

5. Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from Florida, USA. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. MDP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. In general, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Custom or made-to-order parts are non-returnable. QC blemish and final sale items are non-returnable.

7. Warranty

MDP products are built to the highest standards using premium materials including 6061 billet aluminum and Grade 5 titanium. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at mdp.support@werksjdmstore.com. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, racing, or normal wear and tear.

8. Installation & Use

MDP products are designed for specific vehicle applications as listed on each product page. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment before purchasing. MDP is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation. We recommend professional installation or following our official install guides available on the Site. Use of MDP products on public roads is at the buyer's own risk and must comply with local laws and regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product designs, logos, text, images, and the MDP brand — is the property of MDP Florida and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The MDP OG Clutch Pedal Stopper is protected under US Patent D989,676. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
