MDP's raw titanium manifold stud kit replaces them with Grade 5 titanium studs, 12-point nuts, and washers that are 45% lighter than steel and won't corrode. Each stud/washer/nut assembly weighs just 0.406 oz, so across a full kit the weight savings add up.
